Learn how to make hand-pulled noodles from scratch!

James Beard Nominated Chef and PAGU owner Tracy Chang has given lectures on the science of hand-pulled noodles at Harvard, MIT, and Barcelona Science and Cooking World Congress.

Our PAGU team will dive into the science of hand-pulled noodles, as well as the methods using vacuum-sealing machines as well as recipes that work at home.

This is a private class for Boston Dames. A limit of one guest per Dame for this event. We expect it will sell out so register early!   

Cost is $80 and includes materials and instruction, snacks, a non alcoholic beverage, and all fees.
