Suzanne Branciforte is a wine communicator, sommelier and blogger; her ItalianGrapevine.com talks about Italian culture, food&wine and la dolce vita. Author of the best-selling Italian textbook Parliamo italiano! (Wiley & Sons, 5th edition), she is an accomplished interpreter and translator of poetry and prose. She got her BA at Harvard and MA and PhD at UCLA. In 2000, she founded Study in Italy, a school for language and culture. She is also the owner of Grapevine Experience (grapevineexperience.com), a service provider that lets lovers of la dolce vita experience the best in authentic Italian food & wine, with an insider’s perspective.
