If there’s one thing we can count on when planning menus, it’s that tastes and trends of customers and guests are continually evolving. From demands for locally sourced and vegan to special meals for food allergic attendees, gone are the days of planning menus that you only have to ask, “Chicken, fish or beef?” Gluten-free, allergy-friendly, vegan and sustainable are all on the plate. How do you meet the needs of all your guests while not breaking the bank, but making a profit.

For your business to thrive in 2020, let’s take a deeper look at what the dietary needs are, how some of you have applied them to your business model and how others are too.

Fee includes buffet style menu. Come for the education, the food and to see the newest location of Boston-based Italian Steakhouse chain, Davio's. The new location, situated inside the 50 Liberty Tower at Fan Pier, boasts a massive 15,000 square foot floor plan.
