Dean Hewitson received his masters from UC Davis, and gained hands-on experience from wineries around the world, including 10 years at Petaluma. In 1997, Dean, with his wife Lou, took the plunge and made his life-long dream of having his own winery a reality. Join Dean Hewitson as he shares his passion for creating exquisite wines at this special dinner.
