The Annual Meeting is always a great time to catch up with each other and vote for the new board. 

This year, you are in for a real treat! New member Dame Lourdes Smith is welcoming us to the New Forge Baking Company and she will be doing a croissant demonstration. In addition to the demo, each member gets to take home two croissants to bake off!

You may know Lourdes from her prized cheese company Fiore di Nonno. Read here to learn about her new chapter as production manager for Forge Baking.
