Les Dames d’Escoffier Boston and The Epicurean Club of Boston present Steel, Sizzle, and Style: An Epic Culinary Battle. Hosted at the Clarke Showroom in Milford, MA, this event promises to be an exciting evening filled with culinary adventure! Proceeds of the event will fund scholarships for promising culinary students and will help organizations working to fight food insecurity in our communities.

Event Format
Attendees will enjoy delicious small bites from top area restaurants along with a cash bar pouring a selection of wines and craft brews. The Clarke Showroom is open to experience the latest in kitchen design and appliances. On the main stage, teams of The Epicurean Club and Les Dames d' Escoffier chefs will battle on stage for top honors in an exciting culinary challenge. Throughout the event, attendees will have the opportunity to bid on exciting and exclusive silent auction items.
Audience
The ticketed event will be open to the public and is expected to attract a crowd of 300 upscale customers and business owners. Invitations will be sent to Les Dames and Epicurean Club members, and our extensive list of partner organizations and businesses. Additionally, the event will be shared through a social media and print media campaign.
Participation Requirements
Restaurants will supply bite-sized samples of one dish for 300 guests.
We request restaurants to supply a gift for our auction. Gifts can be a gift certificate in your choice of amount, a class, tickets to an event; whatever you feel highlights your business best.
No open flame cooking except by arrangement in the outdoor kitchen
There is no charge for approved restaurant vendors.
